DOGE Extends Takeover to Private Agencies
For weeks DOGE has been violating every law or constitutional protocol within in arms reach. Now that they have completely decimated their home base and shit all over the furniture, they are taking it upon themselves to reach even farther into that void of fascist power mongering.
Yesterday, Trump stripped the board of US Institute of Peace (USIP). This is an organization whose only goal and job is preventing and stopping war. It’s hard to say how successful they’ve been, but perhaps without them we would have even MORE war than we do now.
But more importantly than that, they are an independent non-profit corporation. This is not a government agency. The only way that the President has the ability to remove members of the board is for cause, for which none was given.
It sits on privately owned land and they also own the building on that land. Not the government.
All of that being said, because after the dickpotato in chief illegally dismantled the board, he then sent his DOGE goons into to break up what was left and strip the wiring like they are doing in every other agency.
But it wasn’t that easy. Like the USAF offices before, the staff has good warning that this was coming and attempted to put up both a legal and physical fight. But, alas it was to no avail. With the help of local police and Federal Marshalls, they forcefully took over the private land, offices and functions of this private corporation.
Now, you might say; “But Thucy, they do receive federal funds” And you would be correct. But that does not change the fact that they are a private corporation that owns the land and the building that was captured and is now occupied by what I must start referring to as enemy combatants.
At this point, it is clear that at least some, if not most of the law enforcement and federal enforcement arms are complicit and compliant in the matters of stepping over the constitution on their way to double-tap the Bill of Rights in the back of the head.
These are small tests of the system and the loyalty of these shock troops. So far, there has been no push back from law enforcement, federal enforcers or the military so one must assume that whatever orange tater head says, is gospel to them.
Their loyalty has shifted from the constitution and protection of the american people, to subservient gang raping of the country at the behest of their pants shitting emperor.
Weapons of Mass Delusion
As the regime continues digging leapfrogging from one unhinged narrative to the next, they do keep coming back to the recurring theme of fentanyl in their rising rhetoric of aggression with Canada and Mexico.
Fentanyl is the McGuffin here. That is, it’s nothing really. It has no merit or substance on it’s own, but without it - the plot can not move forward. Double entendre intended.
A lead of a planned Executive Order was obtained by the Handbasket that will designate Fentanyl as a Weapon of Mass Destruction.
There is no practical reason to do this. The only touchstones that I have for WMDs being made a primary talking point by an administration is when they are trying to justify reasons for going to war or invading the country that has said WMDs.
While ricin and anthrax attacks have, in the past, been tried under WMD laws, these are still not anywhere in the same ballpark as declaring Fentanyl a WMD.
Those were individual events, perpetrated by specific individuals who used a substance as a weapon in a specific way. The Boston Marathon bomber was tried under WMD laws, but we didn’t declare pressure cookers a WMD and then sanction the countries that export them, did we?
So let me lay out all the pieces of the puzzle and see how neatly they fit.
Trump declares that CA/MX are letting fentanyl cross the border
Trump reclassifies All Mexican Cartels as Foreign Terrorist Orgs
Trump says that Mexican Cartels (aka Terrorists) are operating openly in Canada and ‘practically running the joint’ (paraphrased)
Trump designates Fentanyl a WMD
What does that puzzle look like when you put it together?
Legally and by the definition of all the words, Mexico is harboring terrorists that are attacking america with WMDs. And Canada is also harboring those same terrorists who are also making WMDs.
And you do you know what we do to countries that harbor terrorists making WMDs? Yeah, you know what we do. We bomb them into oblivion and then refuse to produce a single WMD, ever.
Once fentanyl is declared a WMD and cartels foreign terrorists orgs, the regime is free to enact the Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF). This 2001 ‘work around’ came about in the aftermath of 9/11 and it allows the President to take specific ‘unilateral’ action similar (if not exactly) to a Declaration of War. But Congress has not issued one of those since WWII. Instead they rely on these things called AUMFs.
And normally they involve a very specific action, place and protocol. But beginning in 2001, they just become kind blank checks for a never ending war without congressional approval or declaration. under this new type of AUMF, the president retains broad leniency and power over just about every aspect of decision making and for all intents and purposes, does not have checks and balances on his actions.
There is no other reason to designate this McGuffin as a WMD unless the intention was to further push the envelope and seek a flimsy yet plausible legal framework for building up troops, imposing sanctions. It will also allow a broader freedom for covert military intelligence gathering, both domestically and abroad.
So basically, why do you think he would want to specifically put all of these pieces into such a nice lexilogical arrangement? As a bit? A bit of a ‘pulling the chain’? A classic Trump exaggeration for effect? A ‘negotiating tactic’?
Nah, I don’t think so. I think he wants to get to poking our neighbors with a stick/missle ASAP.
Coal, *cough* Beaut*cough* sorry.. Beautiful C*ough* ahem. Beautiful Coal *cough*
Ahh yes, Radical Extremist and Leftists trying to keep us from having all the tremendous advantages of China. Which they only have because of… *checks notes*— oh yes, coal. Beautiful Coal. What does China look like today, I wonder?
As of 10 years ago China was paying for its “enormous economic advantage” in human lives to the tune of 1.2 million premature deaths attributed to air pollution. As of 4 years ago, that number was up to 1.4 million. And though China is working to bring it’s pollution down, annual PM2.5 (particles in the air) is only down to 29 μg/m³.
The PM2.5 concentration of 29 μg/m³ still falls short of the WHO standard of 5 μg/m³. To put this into perspective, the most polluted city in North America for PM2.5 is Coffeyville, Kansas, with an average annual concentration of 19 μg/m³.
So relatively, they have less pollution than before but only after tens of millions have died because of it and even more have suffered. And how are they achieving this correction. Mainly, by burning LESS coal!
America, we already did this. Remember the 70s, 80’s and 90’s?
Final Thoughts
The future looks about as hazy as the photos above. The only people to benefit from firing up coal plants will be the billionaires that own coal companies. The rest of us will suffocate to death and discover within ourselves wonderful new forms of cancer while we step over the rising pile of corpses strewn about from the CA/MX wars of retribution and folly.
Very much so. If Trump ever thinks about these consequences at all, he surely regards them as a problem that other people will suffer and not him.
